The Regional Working Units (SKPD) under Jakarta Provincial Government are given a free hand to choose a priority program in 2016. It relates with a reduction in the value of City's Budget Priorities and Preliminary Thresholds (KUA PPAS). By the expectation, it will not affect program in 2016.

Heru Budi Hartono, Head of Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD) acknowledged the determination value of KUA-PPAS will certainly not affect 2016 work program. “ We give SKPD a chance to choose their priority program ,” he said, Tuesday (20/20).

According to him, every SKPD knows their priority programs that will be run. "Some would be deleted, including its fund,” he expressed.

As known, Jakarta government and City Council (DPRD) had agreed the KUA-PPAS worth Rp 62.5 trillion. Its amount decreased Rp 10.5 trillion from initial target was Rp 73.08 trillion.

Hartono mentioned, the Health Department's priority program like Ketuk Pintu Dengan Hati program will spend Rp 450 billion. It is used for additional doctor in residential.

Meanwhile, in KUA-PPAS, there is an increase in council's official residence allowance. From previous fund was Rp 15 million per month, has increased Rp 30 million. While for vice and chairman of DPRD from Rp 20 million, has increased Rp 40 million per month.

Hartono assessed he did not concern about that increasing number as concerning since 2007 the budget has never go up.
